CHESTER, Pa. - Head Women's Soccer Coach
Melissa Franks has announced the 2025 schedule on Thursday, which features a majority of home games and a full slate of conference opponents.
The 2025 campaign will feature nine home games on Hirschmann Field with three on opening week. In October the MAC Commonwealth stretch begins and will conclude with the postseason tournament set for early November.
We're excited about the upcoming season and the challenges it presents," said Coach Franks. "Our schedule features a strong mix of non-conference and conference opponents that will test us and help us grow as a team. We're looking forward to competing and continuing to build on the foundation we've laid."
The 2025 Schedule
The two full months of grueling competition is set to commence on August 29 against Washington College. A full weekend of play continues with a home match on August 31 against a new foe, Transylvania. The stretch continues with a visit from Notre Dame of Maryland on September 3. The Pride's first road game comes three days later with a trip to Wilkes Barre, Pa. to visit MAC Freedom's King's. A new coming member of the MAC Commonwealth, Neumann, is set to host the Pride on September 13 as the Pride look to continue their unbeaten streak. Another strong opponent emerges on September 20 against Arcadia and again on September 30 against Haverford from the Centennial Conference.
Conference play starts against nationally ranked Messiah on October 4. The Pride return to Hirschmann Field on October 11 for Homecoming against Hood in a night game. A strong conference schedule continues with a visit to Stevenson a week later and will end on the road verse Eastern as the Pride look to flip the script in those games following last year's close defeats.
