The H.U.B.

The H.U.B., formerly known as Room 204, is now a safe space for student-athletes to unwind. This space will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The H.U.B. is pairing up with campus partners throughout the semester on Mondays. These workshops will include discussions about life after sports, self-care, and stress management.

The H.U.B. serves as a space for student-athletes to unwind, relax, and have a safe space designated just for them. The workshops are held to allow student-athletes to participate in guided discussions to help cope with athletic-related stress. We look forward to the continued support in students' mental health and well-being!
