CHESTER, Pa. -Widener Football's Ryan Pattison was recognized by the Fred Mitchell Award on August 27 and placed on 2024 Kickoff Watch List.

The award is broken-down with 11 returning members from prior years, two whom were transfers from FBS programs, six collegiate divisions, and five academic years. This season Pattison joins 18 other placekickers from Division III.
 
Last season Pattison would kick 20 kickoffs for 1,148 total yards and an average of 57.4 yards. Pattison served as the only Pride field goal kicker and would go 9-of-10 with a long of 47 yards.
