CHESTER, Pa. - Widener Men's Cross Country and Track and Field Head Coach Vince Touey announces the start of the outdoor season.
The outdoor season starts with a home meet for the Danny Curran Invitational starting Friday, March 28.
The season kicks into full gear in April, where the Pride will travel to Ursinus for the Ursinus Track and Field Festival and TCNJ Invitaitional for away meets before another home meet for the Paul Donahue Invitational. April closes with the John Covert Classic at Lehigh.
Championship season rolls around the first weekend in May with the 2025 MAC Championships hosted by York College from Thursday to Saturday, May 1-3. The Pride look to continue to display their dominance with another conference championship, following up on last year's title. Widener sneaks a final qualifier meet in-between championship meets with the Widener Final Qualifier on Monday, May 12. This year's AARTFC Championships are slated for Williamstown, Mass. on Wednesday and Thursday, May 14-15. The outdoor season wraps up with the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championships from Friday-Sunday, May 23-25 in Gevena, Ohio at the Spire Institute.
