NEWTOWN, Pa. - Steven Matlack earns the first MAC Player of the Week for Widener's Men's Basketball Team, as announced by the conference office.

Steven Matlack and the Pride cruised to a 71-49 win over Salisbury on Sunday afternoon. On the day, Matlack would shoot new season highs with 13 total points. In 21 minutes of play, Matlack shot 4-of-5 from the floor, a perfect 3-of-3 from three, and drained a pair of free throws. He would also pick up an offensive rebound.

The Pride will travel to Center Valley, Pa. to face the Bulldogs of DeSales University in their next match. Tip off is on Wednesday, November 29^th at 7pm.
