Gavin Colley has put forth a memorable career to date, which included the honor of being named Middle Atlantic Conference Men's Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week.  This came December 17 after he won the 60-meter dash in 7.09 seconds and the 200-meter dash in 23.00 seconds that Saturday at the Haverford Holiday Meet.

Gavin Colley last year qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 100-meter dash, placing ninth that was one spot from being an All-America. He also was third in the 100-meter dash, fourth in the 200-meter dash and was part of the winning 4x100-meter relay team that helped the Pride to a third team title in the last four seasons.

Last season's indoor campaign also was a showcase for Gavin Colley, who won the 60-meter dash at the MAC Indoor Championships, placed sixth in the 200-meter dash and helped Widener to a second place finish in the 4x200-meter relay. This all played a huge role in the Pride winning a fourth straight MAC indoor crown.

Josh Colley got his indoor season rolling by winning the long jump at 6.17 meters during the Haverford Holiday Meet and by closing sixth in the 200-meter dash in 24.62 seconds.

Widener is back in action Friday at the Southern Tier Collegiate Open in Ithaca, NY.
