Men’s Lacrosse Earns One MAC Commonwealth All-Conference Selection

NEWTOWN, Pa. – Widener Men's Lacrosse earns one MAC Commonwealth All-Conference selection, as announced by the conference office on Thursday (May 7).

The Pride closed out the 2026 campaign with a 3-13 overall record and a 1-6 mark in MAC Commonwealth play, competing through a challenging conference slate.

Senior midfielder Nicholas Knepp represents Widener on the All-Conference Second Team after a strong and consistent season. Knepp appeared in 15 games, making four starts, and totaled 17 goals and 21 assists for 38 points to lead the team in assists. He added 20 ground balls and nine caused turnovers, contributing on both ends of the field. Knepp recorded multiple multi-point performances throughout the season, including a season-high five points on three goals and two assists in a tight contest against Hood, along with a five-point outing against York (Pa.) behind two goals and three assists. He also tallied four points in a win over Gwynedd Mercy early in the season. Knepp closed out his senior campaign as a key offensive facilitator for the Pride, consistently creating opportunities and leading the attack.
