NEWTOWN, Pa. - Widener Baseball pitcher Hayden O'Neill was selected as MAC Commonwealth Pitcher of the Week, as announced by the conference office (Apr. 21).

Hayden O'Neill threw a gem in game two of a three-game sweep against Hood. He pitched 6.0 innings, allowing just two runs on six hits while recording one strikeout and no walks.

Baseball's trio of wins earned them the second seed in this seasons MAC Commonwealth Tournament. Ahead of the tournament, the Pride take on Eastern in the final regular season series that is set to begin on Friday, April 24.
