BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Widener Women's and Men's Track and Field send two to NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.
This year's NCAA Championships are set for Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14 at the Birmingham Crossplex.
MEN'S
Matayo McGraw heads back to the national stage in the triple jump. McGraw currently holds the number one mark in the nation after a 15.62-meter jump at the Widener Indoor Classic on Feb. 13, 2026. McGraw's triple jump is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 in flight two. The triple jump flights are scheduled to begin around noon.
WOMEN'S
Gabby Nye returns to a familiar stage in her career with a qualifying time in the mile. This year marks Nye's third straight indoor championship after holding the number 21 spot and a time of 4:52.78 from Fastrack National on Feb. 6, 2026. Nye is set for her mile first round race on Friday, March 13 in heat one. Race time is scheduled for around 3:35 p.m.
