HAVERFORD, Pa. – A successful Friday night meet at Haverford's Keogh Invitational showed
Jacob Grossman leading the charge in the long jump pit before conference championships.
HOW IT HAPPENED ON THE TRACK
David Abbey opened the meet with a 4:26.66 in the mile.
Michael Carolan took to the track for a final time of 4:39.26 while
Ethan Ng raced to a 4:41.89.
Troy Wallace sprinted to a 8.98 while
Alexander Szymanik clocked a 10.06.
In the 60-meter dash Jack Csensits held a final time of 7.08.
Glenn Yirenkyi showed a 7.32.
A 53.82 from
Xavier Nesbeth took third in the 400-meter run.
Ashton Ray showcased a 2:06.13. while
Sean Derfler finished with a 2:07.04 in th e800-meter run.
The 200-meter dash would hold the Pride with three clumped in the results with Yirenkyi leading in 24.23. Nesbeth (24.26) and
Mikeal Palmieri (24.31) would come in behind.
Gavin Kelly ran a fifth-place finish in the 3000-meter run with a final time of 9:15.92.
HOW IT HAPPENED IN THE FIELD
Szymanik took fifth in the high jump with a 1.55-meter height.
Brennan Pringle's 3.60-meter vault showed in the pole vault.
Jacob Grossman won the long jump with a mark of 6.63-meters. Wallace took third with a 6.46-meter mark.
In the shot put,
Ashton Brown threw a 12.18-meter distance.
An 11.24-meter toss from
Jackson Brink took ninth in the weight throw.

Widener heads to Reading, Pa. for the 2026 MAC Indoor Championships at the PLEX Fieldhouse. The meet will begin on Friday, February 27 and conclude on Saturday, February 28.
