Competed in nine meets as a junior... Opened the season with a personal best in the 1000-meter (2:46.52) at Fast Times Before Finals... Ran a personal best in the mile (4:37.74) at the TCNJ Lions Invitational on Jan. 9, 2026...Ran a season best in the 800-meter (2:04.62) at the Seamus McElligott Invitational on Jan. 24, 2026... Competed in one evet at MAC Championships and placed ninth in the 4x800-meter relay (8:23.42).
2025 Outdoor - Sophomore
Competed in five meets as a sophomore... Opened the season in the 1500-meter (4:22.26) at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 29, 2025... Ran a personal best in the 800-meter (2:02.99) at the Paul Donahue Invitational on Apr. 19, 2025... Ended the season with a personal best in the 1500-meter (4:19.44) at the Widener Final Qualifier on May 12 2025.
2024-25 Indoor - Sophomore
Competed in eight meets as a sophomore... Opened the season with a 4:46.96 mile at the TCNJ Indoor Opener on Dec. 7, 2024... Ran a 2:05.91 in the 800-meter at the Widener Winter's Evening Invite at the Ott Center on Jan. 25, 2025... Showed a 4:46.46 in the mile at the Widener Indoor Classic on Feb. 15, 2025... Competed in one event at MAC Championships and placed seventh in the 4x800-meter relay (8:19.61).
2024 Outdoor - First Year
Competed in six meets as a first year... Opened the season in the 800-meter (2:08.94) at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 30, 2024... Ran a personal best at the Ursinus Track & Field Festival int he 400-meter (56.57)... Ran a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles (1:08.81) at the TCNJ Invite and Multi... Wrapped the season up with a 2:06.68 in the 800-meter at the Carol and John Covert Classic.
2023-24 Indoor - First Year
Competed in four meets as a first year... Opened his collegiate career in the 800-meter (2:15.87) at the Moravian Indoor Meet on Jan. 20, 2024... Ran a personal best in the 800-meter (2:14.74) at the Plex Shootout on Feb. 3, 2024... Ended the season at the Keogh Invitational on Feb. 17, 2024 in the 400-meter (57.75).
