HAVERFORD, Pa. - Widener Men's Cross Country opened their season at the Haverford Main Line Invitational on Friday evening with a quick 4k.

Gavin Kelly would begin his season with a 21:08.0 which would lead the Pride. Kelly averaged a 5:17 mile pace.

Senior Michael Carolan clocked a 21:44.6 and averaged a 5:26 mile.

A 22:37.2 from Ashton Ray would come next as he paced a 5:39 mile. 

Ethan Ng held the middle of the pack with a 22:56.0 and averaged a 5:44 mile.
