CHESTER, Pa. - Head Men's Cross Country and Track and Field Coach
Vince Touey has announced the 2025 schedule which is set to begin in mid-September at nearby Haverford.
This season the Pride are scheduled to run at four meets during the course of a few months before heading to MAC Championships.
"The team is enthusiastic about the new chapter ahead of them," said Coach Touey. "We will be led by seniors
Michael Carolan and Zach Rementer. They are especially psyched that the MAC Championships will be hosted by Delaware Valley."
The 2025 Schedule
The Pride are set to begin their short campaign on September 18 at the Main Line Invitational hosted by Haverford College. A short two week break brings the Blue and Gold back to the course for Lehigh's annual Paul Short Run after taking a year off from the meet. One week later, a trip to Glassboro, N.J. for the Border Battle helps prep the team for conference championships.
Postseasons begin with a trip to Doylestown, Pa. on November 1 for MAC Championships where the Pride will look to post NCAA Regional qualifiers. "The last time DVU hosted we were able to boast having the MAC Champion for that year (Frank Livolsi). Regionals are set for November 15 in Ewing, N.J. where The College of New Jersey is prepped to host. Follwoing Regionals, NCAA Championships heads to Spartansburg, S.C. on November 22 to wrap up the course running before the indoor track and field season commences.
