Five Widener Baseball Players Named to All-MAC Teams

NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Pride see Five players named to the MAC Commonwealth All-Conference Teams for their performance during the 2025 season.

Sophomore first baseman Kevin Bukowski earned first team honors after his strong season at the plate. Bukowski led the team with an outstanding 1.156 OPS and in home runs with 10. He also drove in 38 runs while hitting .356 on the season.

Sophomore outfielder Jack Balcer was named to the first team, continuing his dominance from his first year. In his second season, Balcer led the team in average hitting .388 while maintaining a 1.049 OPS. He also hit five home runs and broke the Widener single season record for doubles in a season with 20.

Sophomore pitcher Trae sanders was named to the second team after shutting down opposing offenses all season. During the 2025 campaign, Sanders had a 3.47 ERA with a 1.39 WHIP, striking out 41 batters.

Junior Catcher Brendan Raven was given All-MAC honorable mention. On the season, Raven had an average of .284 with a .860 OPS. He also hit three home runs and drove in 18 runs all while playing outstanding defense behind the plate.

Junior second baseman Ryan Bauerle was named to the All-MAC honorable mention team. Bauerle continued to be a threatening presence in the middle of the Widener lineup, finishing the 2025 season with a .324 average and a .900 OPS. He hit 16 doubles and drove in 25 runs.
