CHESTER, Pa. – Flear and Almoney highlight Danny Curran Invitational to begin the outdoor 2025 season.
FRIDAY
Tom Flear led the way in the 10k on Friday evening. Flear would place fourth with a 30:37.76.
Zach Rementer clocked in a 32:09.21.
Isaac Almoney threw a 13.85-meter toss in the shot put and returned in the discus where he marked a 44.97-meter throw. Jaaron Tate threw a 39.47-meter distance and
David Fuhrman marked a 38.27-meter spot.
SATURDAY
Sean Derfler started the track side out for the Pride in the 1500-meter. Derfler would clock in a 4:06.41.
Austin Parks and
Michael Carolan finished together with a 4:15.96 and 4:16.49 respectively.
Tristen Silverstein would compete in the 110-meter hurdles where he clocked a 16.81.
Elijah Celestin's 400-meter dash showed a 50.26 while Silverstein ran to a 53.29.
In the 100-meter dash,
Erastus Ndirangu led with an. 11.24 and
Tyler Ressler clocked an 11.32.
The 400-meter hurdles showed a 1:00.31 from
Derek Rudd.
Brendan McShea also ran to a 1:04.91.
Ressler continued his sprint day with a 22.79 in the 200-meter dash and
Matayo McGraw took to the track with a 23.70.
Jacob Grossman marked a 6.93-meter distance in the long jump. McGraw switched back to the field events with a 6.55-meter jump.
The pole vault showed a 3.95-meter height for
Sean Gizzi and
Aidan Wilson.
Brennan Pringle jumped to a 3.80-meter height.
Almoney took first in the hammer throw with a 57.99-meter distance.
John Kodack marked a 49.20-meter throw
