2025-26 Indoor - Senior
Competed in five meets as a senior... Opened the season with a personal best 60-meter hurdles (8.75) at the Fast Times Before Finals... Saw a 23.85 200-meter dash and 9.19 60-meter hurdles at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invite on Jan. 9, 2026... Showed a season best 200-meter dash (23.63) at the Alvernia Winter Invitational on Jan. 17, 2026... Ended the season at the Seamus McElligott Invitational on Jan. 24, 2026 in the 60-meter hurdles (9.03) and 4x200-meter relay (1:33.70).
2025 Outdoor - Junior
Competed in seven meets as a junior... Opened the seaon with a personal best 400-meter (53.29) at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 29, 2025... Competed in the 110-meter hurdles (16.45) and 400-meter hurdles (59.02) at the Paul Donahue Invitational on Apr. 19, 2025... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed 10th in prelims of the 110-meter hurdles (16.08) and 20th in prelims of the 400-meter hurdles (1:01.84)... Ended the season at the Widener Final Qualifier on May 12, 2025 while showing three personal bests in the 100-meter dash (11.71), 200-meter dash (23.48), and 110-meter hurdles (15.98).
2024-25 Indoor - Junior
Competed in five meets as a junior... Opened the season with a 37.33 300-meter and a 9.25 60-meter hurdles at the TCNJ Indoor Opener on Dec. 7, 2024... Ran a 24.10 200-meter dash and 9.00 60-meter hurdles at the Spartan Invitational on Jan. 10, 2025... Showed a 24.60 in the 200-meter dash and 9.47 60-meter hurdles at the Widener Winter's Evening Invitational on Jan. 25, 2025 at the Ott Center.... Competed in one event at MAC Championships and placed 13th in prelims in the 60-meter hurdles (8.94).
2024 Outdoor - Sophomore
Competed in eight meets as a sophomore... Opened the season with a 59.25 400-meter hurdles at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 30, 2024... Took second at the Ursinus Track & Field Festival in the 110-meter hurdles (16.64) and eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.84)... Won the 110-meter hurdles (16.63) at the TCNJ Invite and Multi... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed ninth in prelims of the 110-meter hurdles (16.52) and showed a personal best ninth place finish in the 400-meter hurdles (58.01)... Ended the season with a 23.88 200-meter dash, 22.22 110-meter hurdles, and 58.31 400-meter hurdles at the Widener Final Qualifier on May 13, 2024.
2023-24 Indoor - Sophomore
Competed in eight meets as a sophomore... Opened the season with a personal best 800-meter (2:13.06) at the Fastrack Season Opener on Dec. 1, 2023... Showed a 24.40 200-meter dash and 9.20 60-meter hurdles at the Moravian Indoor Meet on Jan. 20, 2024... Saw a best 400-meter (56.02) at the Plex Shootout on Feb. 3, 2024... Competed in one event at MAC Championships and placed 12th in prelims of the 60-meter hurdles (9.25).

Ran a 19.10 110-meter hurdles at the WCU Golden Rams Invitational on Apr. 8, 2023...
