NEWTOWN, Pa. – Lindsay Kutz of Widener Women's Basketball has earned MAC Commonwealth Player of the Week honors for the week ending December 15, 2025, the conference office announced. 

Lindsay Kutz turned in a strong all-around effort to lead Widener to a 65–61 victory over Dickinson, finishing with a near-season-high 20 points to go along with six rebounds and four steals. The senior forward paced the Pride offensively and set a season best with nine-made field goals, providing a steady presence that helped Widener secure the late nonconference win. 

Widener (8–1, 0–0 MAC) travels to Daytona Beach to compete in the Daytona Beach Shootout, where they will face Grove City on Friday, December 19. Tip-off is scheduled for 10 a.m.
