HAVERFORD, Pa. – In the final meet before MAC Championships, Widener Men's Track and Field tuned up at the Haverford Keogh Invitational.
Matayo McGraw competed in the 200-meter dash and finished with a 23.73. McGraw would earn a conference standard.
The 400-meter dash featured a second place finish from
Josh Schreiner. Schreiner clocked a 52.26. Also competing was
Ben Miller who would run a 52.91 and
Derek Rudd who finished 0.20 behind with a 53.88.
Distance specialist
Tom Flear led the Pride in the mile with a 4:30.29. In the 3000-meter run,
Zachary Rementer placed fifth with a 9:04.55.
Tristen Silverstein took first in the 60-meter hurdles with a 9:32.
In the field, McGraw jumped a new personal best in the high jump with a 1.90-meter jump. McGraw also jumped in the triple jump where he marked a 13.36-meter mark.

Widener will head to the 2024 MAC Championships on Friday, Feb. 23. MAC Championships will conclude on Saturday, Feb. 24 and are set for competition in the PLEX Fieldhouse on Alvernia's campus.
