NEW YORK – Widener Men's Track and Field set season benchmark at TCNJ Lions Indoor Invite at the Armory.
 
Knowles continued his 400-meter dominance with a first and a 49.14. His time would qualify him for AARTFCs and MACs.
 
The 60-meter hurdles Tristen Silverstein snagged an MAC qualification time of 9.55 which would fall just shy of his personal best mark of 9.34.
 
In the field events, Matayo McGraw set his new collegiate mark in the triple jump. McGraw's mark was set at a 13.99-meter mark to earn him a AARTFC and MAC qualification.
 
David Waters returned for the shot put where he marked a 13.66-meter throw. Water's throw beat his MAC indoor championship mark of 14.11-meters. 
 
The weight throw would feature Conrad Howell who would throw a 14.01-meter mark. Howell earned an AARTFC and MAC qualification with his mark and would fall shy of his best mark from indoor championships.
