CHESTER, Pa. – The Widener women's basketball game versus Albright, scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 5 at Albright College, has been cancelled due to COVID-19 protocols within the Albright women's basketball program.
Per the Middle Atlantic Conference's forfeit and cancellation policy, the game will go down as a forfeit victory for Widener, but the win will only be counted toward its MAC Commonwealth record and not its overall record. The overall win-loss record is not affected per NCAA guidelines.
