Art Staerk is in his eighth season as an assistant coach with the Pride. No stranger to working with head coach Brian Sheehan, Staerk served four seasons as an assistant at Rutgers-Camden from 2001-04. That included the Lady Raptors first appearances in the ECAC Metro Tournament in 2002 and the New Jersey Athletic Conference Tournament in 2003. Staerk since 1996 has served as head coach of the Willingboro Terror, a U-18 girls’ squad. The team has won multiple championships in the South Jersey Soccer League and in 2003 captured the NJ State Cup. He also guided the U-19 Willingboro Nomads boys’ team from 1991-2001, winning nine conference titles over 11 years. Staerk also led the South Jersey Select All-Star U-14 girls’ team in 2002 and coached the NJ ODP girls’ U-16 squad in South Jersey. He holds a national "D" license from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and an advanced diploma from the NSCAA.
