Widener University Athletics

Brian Fox is in his seventh season with the Pride. Brian has been instrumental in the development of athletes in Delaware County, having coached the Wallingford Huskies in the Bert Bell League and the Ridley Park Parkers in the Delco League. A member of the Knights of Columbus, he has been a volunteer for the annual Blue/Gold All-Star Game that is made up of players from area CYO teams. Fox also has been a Ridley Township (Leedom) Little League District coach since 1998. Fox also played four seasons for Upper Darby of the Del. Val. Semi-Pro Football Conf. under Widener assistant John Amendt. Fox was a member of the 1985 Indiana U. of PA PSAC Western Conference champions. Fox graduated from Widener with a BS in Information Systems and resides in Ridley Park with his children, Bill, 20, Courtney, 18, and Bryan, 16 (pictured).
