Widener University Athletics

Mike Tamburrino is in his fourth season with Widener and first as the team’s offensive coordinator. He also coached the offensive line for the Pride from 2004-05, helping the squad in 2005 close 8-3 and win the ECAC South Atlantic Bowl. Tamburrino also was the offensive line coach at Rowan University from 1994-97, playing a role in the team winning four NJAC titles and competing in the Stagg Bowl three times. He also coached with Lower Merion High School from 2002-03, the Williamstown Warriors from 2001-02 and the University of Pennsylvania’s sprint team from 1990-93. Tamburrino graduated Gloucester County College in 1998 with a Liberal Arts Degree in History.
