COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. –
Gabby Nye of Widener Women's Track and Field registers top time in Division III in the 3000-meter steeplechase.
Jayla Gore would head to the finals in the 100-meter finals with a 12.62 prelims and a 12.88 in finals.
Ziraya Snowden clocked a 12.82 while
Tirzah Simmons showed a 13.15.
Erica Thomas rounded out the group qualifying for conference championships with a 13.28.
Snowden would show a 26.57 in the 200-meter with Thomas showing a 26.87.
Loralei Golembiewski's 1500-meter would take fifth in the meet with a 4:51.02 for a personal best.
Kathryn Long clocked a 4:59.34.
Zahara Simmons qualified for championships in the 100-meter hurdles with a 16.34 while
Katelyn Fox followed suit in the 400-meter hurdles with a 1:15.67 final.
In the 3000-meter steeplechase,
Gabby Nye would win with a 10:44.56, a Widener record, and the top time in the nation.
Gore, T. Simmons, Snowden, and Z. Simmons would clock a 48.76 in the 4x100-meter relay.
Amanda Simpson would vault to a 2.30-meter height.
Mia Flemming's long jump showed a 5.11-meter mark on her final attempt. T. Simmons would mark a 4.85-meter mark on the first jump.
Flemming's afternoon continued with a 10.82-meter triple jump.
The hammer throw would show
Isabel Rodriguez winning with a mark of 47.79-meters.
Jillian Walker would hit a 36.80-meter distance on the final throw while
Anna Baukal's second throw showed a 34.31-meter mark.
In the javelin,
Kaitlyn Helbig marked a 23.32-meter distance.
