Gabby Nye captured Women's Runner of the Year as Coach Ambrulavage earned Assistant Coach of the Year at this year's MAC Championships.
The Pride would score 83 team points and place 2
nd of 14 teams on day one.

DAY 1 – FRIDAY (44 Total Points | 2nd Place)
Day one opened with
Zahara Simmons qualifying for finals in the 60-meter hurdles with a 9.51.
The Pride would put two in the 60-meter dash finals with
Jayla Gore leading the way with an 8.04.
Ziraya Snowden placed eighth with an 8.12.
Tirzah Simmons took 10
th with an 8.20.
Kathryn Long would race to a second with a 17:51.64 to earn eight points.
Sarah Paulin took 15
th with a 19:56.99.
Allyson Hakes, Z. Simmons,
Erica Thomas, and Snowden placed seventh in the 4x200-meter relay. The quad would run a 1:50.19.
Isabel Rodriguez placed fourth to earn five points in the weight throw with a distance of 14.50-meters.
Anna Baukal placed 24
th with an 11.44-meter distance.
Jillian Walker threw a 10.47-meter mark on her first attempt while
Heron Gaudet marked a 10.21-meter toss.
T. Simmons took fourth with a 5.29-meter mark in the long jump. Mia Flemming would take 10
th with a 5.02-meter distance.
DAY 2 – SATURDAY (83 Total Points | 2nd Place)
A MAC meet record would fall to commence day two from
Gabby Nye. Nye would lead the duration of the race and finish with a 4:57.07.
Loralei Golembiewski took fourth to show a time of 5:10.66.
Z. Simmons placed fourth with a 9.46 in the finals of the 60-meter hurdles.
The 400-meter showed three in the results with
Alyssa Kolimaga leading the trio with a 1:04.22.
Veronica Ashcraft clocked a 1:05.19 while
Katelyn Fox sprinted to a 1:06.08.
Snowden and Gore took on the finals of the 60-meter dash with a 8.04. Gore would place fifth after her 8.07.
Z. Simmons continued her afternoon with a sixth-place finish in the 200-meter dash after her 27.09. Snowden clocked a 27.35. Thomas placed 14
th with a 27.63 and
Tirzah Simmons wrapped up the group with a 7.98.
Nye's distance dominance continued with another gold in the 3000-meter run. Nye led the group with a 9:54.29 for another meet record. Long's 10:17.30 placed her fourth while Golembiewski took fifth with a 10:20.50.
To wrap up the track events, Ashcraft, Fox,
Allyson Hakes, and Kolimaga clocked a 4:17.60 in the 4x400-meter relay.
Aisosa Washington threw a 9.74-meter throw in the shot put while Heron Guadet threw a 9.70-meter shot.
Sani Hamlin would throw a 9.48-meter distance to wrap up the Pride.
Flemming took silver in the triple jump with an 11.14-meter mark on her third attempt.
Elizabeth Lysak placed eighth in the pole vault with a height of 2.65-meters.
