HAVERFORD, Pa. - Three from Widener Men's Cross Country race one final time before conference championships in a 4k race at Haverford's Invitational.

Leading the trio was Austin Parks who clocked in a 22:28.7 to place 32nd overall. Parks held a 5:37 mile.

Auden Fitz ran in a final time of 23:12.2 while holding a 5:42 mile pace.

James Plunkett showed a 24:31.8 to wrap up the Pride racing. Plunkett averaged a 6:08 mile pace.
