READING, Pa. – Personal bests showcase a long day at the Alvernia Winter Invite on Saturday (Jan. 18).
 
Tyler Ressler led three in the 60-meter dash with a 7.31.
 
Sam Knowles took first in the 200-meter dash. Knowles would 22.56 to lead Ressler with a 24.13 and 
Tristen Silverstein with a 14.16.
 
In the 400-meter dash, 
Elijah Celestin ran a new collegiate best 53.09.
 
The men's mile would show a slew of Pride runners in a pack being led by 
Tom Flear. Flear clocked in a 4:27.19. 
Joe Nescio finished right after with a 4:28.62 and 
Zach Rementer finished with a 4:31.83.
 
In the field events, 
Matayo McGraw opened his indoor season with a 1.80-meter jump in the high jump, a 5.87-meter long jump, and a. 14.17-meter triple jump. 
 
The weight throw featured 
Isaac Almoney who threw a 16.66-meter throw. 
John Kodack threw a 14.28-meter toss and 
David Fuhrman threw a 12.74-meter distance in prelims. 
 
Sean Gizzi would take seventh in the pole vault with a height of 4.15-meters for a new personal best.
