ANNVILLE, Pa. - The Widener softball team earned a split against Stevenson in their MAC Commonwealth doubleheader on Wednesday at the LVC Softball Park.
The Pride came away with a 2-1 win in the opener, but dropped a 14-0 contest in five innings in the second game.
Widener is now 20-14 overall and 6-8 in MAC Commonwealth play.

- LVC scored 10 runs in the first inning and never looked back to earn the win.
- The Pride mustered only three hits in the ballgame. McDowell, Liz Renavitz, and Becca Buckman each had a hit.
UP NEXT
The Pride will return to Chester to host York in their Senior Day doubleheader Saturday.. Game one is set for 1 p.m. and game two is set to follow at 3 p.m.
