LEBANON, Pa. – The Widener men's golf team opened its 2022 campaign on Monday afternoon, competing in the Lebanon Valley Spring Invitational at Lebanon Country Club's par-72 course.
 
The Pride finished 10th as a team in the invitational with a total score of 446.

First-year golfer Shane Headley paced the Pride with a 38th-place finish (28-over-par 100). Billy Rodgers followed Headley by finishing in a tie for 41st.

James Sinnott and Dylan Falkowski rounded out the lineup with 43rd and 52nd-place finish, respectively.

Widener will be back in action on Saturday and Sunday when they compete in the MAC Preview tournament at Golden Oaks Golf Club in Fleetwood, Pa.
