CHESTER, Pa. – The Widener University Rocket League team continued its strong inaugural season with a 3-0 victory against West Virginia University Institute of Technology on Thursday night.

Tom "tommyE44" Eisenhower,
Jack "therm" Merhar, and
TJ "Logic" Taylor, the Pride came away with the win by scores of 4-0, 7-0, and 7-0.

In the first game, it was a balanced scoring effort as each player found the back of the net with tommyE scoring twice. therm had two assists and also led the team with two saves.

The second game saw Logic take the offensive lead with six goals on eight shots. tommyE chipped in with four assists and therm added a goal, two assists, and three saves.

In the final set, Logic once again led the offense, this time with five goals while therm posted five assists.

Rocket League is in action next on Monday, March 2 against the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
