GRANTHAM, Pa. – The Widener University men's swimming team opened November on a strong note, winning both ends of dual meet, downing Hood 217-55 and topping Messiah 147.5-131.5.

Connor Feinour got the day started for the Pride, winning the 1,000 free in a time of 10:33.13.

Martin Bohdan won the 50 free in 22.04 and the 100 free in 49.53. He also tied for the top spot in the 200 free, clocking in at 1:47.92.

John Porter Luksic took first in the 100 breaststroke, touching the wall in 1:01.88. He later won the 200 yard event with his time of 2:16.13.

Daniel Parker won the 200 fly with his 1:59.79 clocking. In the last individual event of the meet, he claimed the 200 IM in 2:04.82.

The Pride returns to the pool on Saturday, November 9 at Immaculata. The meet is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
