READING, Pa. – The Widener University men's volleyball team played its penultimate match of the season on Saturday, falling 3-0 to the Alvernia Golden Wolves 25-17, 25-13, 25-11.
 
HIGHLIGHTS

• Wil Cacciatore led the Pride with seven kills in the match while A.J. Sungenis added six.
• Cacciatore, Connor Johnson, and Matt Lambert each had five digs.
• Johnson topped the team with 13 assists.
• Sungenis and Ty Dorang each contributed a service ace.

Widener concludes its season on Monday, April 9 when it travels to Wilkes for a MAC match. Opening serve is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
