Widener saw both its men's and women's cross country teams take part in the NCAA Mideast Regionals in Bethlehem, PA.

Junior Ian Hilliard (Allentown, PA) ended the men's race 95th in 27:16.8 and freshman Ryan Gallagher (Langhorne, PA) ran in 27:38.3.  Senior Matt DiCarlo (Wallingford, PA) finished in 27:38.9 and sophomore Mike Garrity (Briarcliffe, PA) closed in 27:45.8.

For the women, Ashley Callahan (Clementon, NJ) ran in 25:16.0 and fellow freshman Emily Conover (Egg Harbor Twp., NJ) ended in 27:18.5.  Sophomore Emilie Keene (Haddonfield, NJ) closed in 28:24.2 and junior Bonnie Zwissler (St. Leonard, MD) finished in 29:38.0.
