Pat Ferrie joins Widener Athletics in 2024 as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Before joining the Pride Ferrie spent stints at numerous locations developing his skills in the strength and conditioning world. Ferrie is currently working at PA Rebel Baseball Academy in West Chester. At Rebel Baseball Academy he collects data for player development, uses variable training methods such as plyometrics, triphasic, ballistic, and standard resistance training for development insight, and prescribes rehabilitation exercises for injured players.

Ferrie spent a short time at Gym Ferris Fitness in King of Prussia, Pa. as an intern where he collaborated on exercise prescription and client biomechanics, evaluated athletes in their profession for individual sport goals, and conducted numerous assessments for athletes on a month-to-month basis.

From graduation to 2023, Ferrie has spent time with Arete Athletics in Norristown, Pa., Oley Valley High School Baseball, and Avon Grove High School Lacrosse.

The West Chester, Pa. native earned his bachelor's degree in kinesiology from West Chester University in 2021.
