Brad Nardella enters his first year as an assistant men’s lacrosse coach for Widener in 2021.
Prior to his arrival in Chester, Nardella spent two seasons as an assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Arcadia University. During his tenure, the Knights compiled a 14-11 record and turned in their best season in program history in 2019, setting a regular season win total record and making their first ever conference playoff appearance. Under his direction, the face-off unit set single season school records in both wins and face-off percentage while its top member earned a spot on the 2019 All-MAC Commonwealth team.
As a four-year player at VMI, Nardella appeared in 53 games and made 34 starts for the Keydets. He notched 32 goals and dished eight assists for total of 40 career points. Off the field, he served as the Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
In addition to his coaching experience at the collegiate level, Nardella has also worked with Kent County Youth Lacrosse, Apex Lacrosse, NXT Sports, and Faceoff Factory.
The Cazenovia, N.Y. native earned his bachelor's degree in economics and business from VMI in 2017 and currently works as a management consulting analyst for Dryden Group.
