Widener University Athletics

Kevin Maguire is in his 12th season as an assistant coach at Widener. Maguire was the 1992 Middle Atlantic Conference champion in the 100-yard and the 200-yard backstrokes, qualifying for the NCAA Division III Championships. At West Chester University, he again competed at the NCAA Championship, swimming backstroke in the 200 and 400-yard medley relays to earn All-America Honors. Maguire formerly held the 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke records for Widener University. Maguire recently married Amy Schafer, a Widener Nursing graduate.
