Julie Dugan is in her second season as an assistant coach for the Pride. Dugan competed four seasons at East Stroudsburg University and was named second team All-PSAC in 2005. She helped the Warriors reach the PSAC Tournament for the first time in eight years and was one of the team’s top scorers all four seasons. Dugan serves as a District Lottery Representative for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. She also served as a college recruiter for Ed Rendell’s successful gubernatorial campaign and was an account executive for the Philadelphia KiXX soccer team. She was a group sales intern for the Atlantic City Surf baseball team upon graduation. Dugan also has been a counselor at numerous camps and has done volunteer work for several organizations. Dugan graduated East Stroudsburg in 2005 with a BS in Sport Management. The Media, PA native is a graduate of Penncrest High School.
