MAC Academic Honor Roll...Competed in five meets as a senior...Set a career-best time in the 4M at the Main Line Invitational, crossing the finish line in 23:21.1 (9/20)...Ran a career-best 28:13.1 in the 8K at the MAC Championships (11/2).

Competed in four races for the Pride...Posted a personal best 8k time of 30:02.6 at the Inter-Region Border Battle (10/14)...Ran a 5k personal best at the DelVal Invitational (9/2), clocking in at 20:32.6.

2016
MAC Academic Honor Roll...Competed in two meets as a freshman...Competed in the Men's Brown Division race at the prestigious Paul Short Run (10/1) and navigated the 8,000-meter circuit in 31:31 ... Circled a 4-mile course in 26:51, which was good for 49th overall and fourth on the squad, at the Haverford Invitational (10/21).

Two-year letterwinner in cross country at Franklin Towne Charter … Also ran on the track & field team all four years and lettered in wrestling for one season … Captained the cross country and track & field programs as a senior … Had personal-best marks of 5:06 in the mile, 11:33 in the two-mile and 18:49 in the 5,000-meter run … Made the all-district and all-conference teams … Helped the country country program place third in the league in 2015, which was its best finish in program history … Honor roll student … Senior Class President … Member of Student Government and the National Honor Society.

“I chose Widener because I am very interested in its co-op program. Also, the campus is not too big, the class sizes are perfect and it’s not too far away from home.”
