2025 Outdoor - Junior
Competed in three meets as a junior... Opened with a 2:14.23 in the 800-meter at the TCNJ Invitational and Multi... Ran a 51.70 400-meter at the Paul Donahue Invitational on Apr. 19, 2025... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed 26th in the 400-meter (52.86) and third in the 4x400-meter relay (3:18.36).
2024 Outdoor - Sophomore
Competed in six meets as a sophomore... Opened at the Danny Curran Invitational with a 2:04.96 800-meter... Ran a 23.05 200-meter dash and 51.13 400-meter at the TCNJ Invite and Multi... Was apart of the 4x400-meter relay (3:21.48) at Penn Relays... Competed in three events at MAC Championships and placed fifth in the 400-meter (49.50f and 49.32p) and first in the 4x400-meter relay (3:18.19).
2023-24 Indoor - Sophomore
Competed in eight meets as a sophomore... Opened the season at the Fastrack Season Opener on Dec. 1, 2023 in the 800-meter (2:04.05)... Ran a 52.47 in the 400-meter at the Moravian Indoor Meet on Jan. 20, 2024... A member of the winning 4x200-meter relay (1:33.43) at the Plex Shootout on Feb. 3, 2024... Competed in three events at MAC Championships and placed sixth in the 400-meter (51.35), first in the 4x200-meter relay (1:31.61), and first in the 4x400-meter relay (3:26.87)... Ended the season with a 17th place finish in the 400-meter (51.50) at the AARTFC Championships.
2023 Outdoor - First Year
Competed in seven meets as a first year... Opened with a personal best 800-meter (2:03.27) at the Danny Curran Invitational on Apr. 1, 2023... Sprinted a personal best 11.62 in the 100-meter dash at the WCU Bill Butler Invitational on Apr. 15, 2023... Competed in four events at MAC Championships and placed 14th in the 200-meter dash (22.80), sixth in the 400-meter (49.47F and 49.47P), 13th in the 4x100-meter relay (44.46), and first in the 4x400-meter relay (3:18.99).
2022-23 Indoor - First Year
Competed in four meets as a first year... Opened the season with a 53.11 400-meter at the Frank Colden Invitational on Feb. 4,2023... Ran a 24.23 200-meter dash at the Alvernia Plex Shootout on Feb. 11, 2023... Showed a personal best 400-meter (52.50) at the Keogh Invitational... Competed in three events at MAC Championships and placed 15th int he 400-meter (53.24), first in the 4x200-meter relay (1:31.76), and eighth in the 4x400-meter relay (3:37.48).
