Competed in four meets as a senior... Opened the season in the mile (4:49.08) at the Seamus McElligott Invitationa on Jan. 24, 2026... Ran a personal best in the mile (4:37.72) at the Widener Schuylkill Showcase on Feb. 1, 2026... Competed in one event at MAC Championships and placed ninith in the 4x800-meter relay (8:23.42).
2025 Outdoor - JuniorÂ
Competed in five meets as a junior... Opened the season with a personal best in the 800-meter (2:11.27) at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 29, 2025... Ran a season best in the 1500-meter (4:13.78) at the Ursinus Track & Field Festival... Showed a season best 5k (15:27.69) at the Paul Donahue Invitational... Competed in one meet at MAC Championships and placed 23rd in the 5k (16:26.39).
2024-25 Indoor - Junior
Competed in three meets as a junior... Opened the season with a 4:41.50 mile at the Frank Colden Invitational on Feb. 8, 2025... Ran a personal best 3000-meter (9:13.02) at the Widener Indoor Classic at the Ott Center on Apr. 15, 2025... Ended with a 4:39.22 mile at the Keogh Invitational.
2024 Outdoor - Sophomore
Competed in five meets as a sophomore... Opened the season with a 4:17.27 in the 1500-meter at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 30, 2024... Ran the season's first 5k (15:34.14) at the Paul Donahue Invitational... Showed a personal best 1500-meter (4:10.95) at the Carol and John Covert Classic... Competed in two events at MAC Championships and placed 11th in the 5k (15:18.85) (PR) and eighth in the 4x800-meter relay (8:20.65).
