CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – A chilly night under the lights against DeSales shows a tough defeat.
The 13-7 loss moves the Pride to 2-7 in the regular season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- To open the 60 minute campaign, Schmitz would hold the Bulldogs silent with back-to-back saves. Shimko got the scoring going for the Pride with 8:19 left on a Haverstrom pass. Nicholas Knepp would the faceoff to give Liam Drake a quick goal. A man-up goal from Luke Cichetti would push the Pride up 3-1. The Bulldogs would find an offensive momentum to end the first up 5-3.
- The Bulldogs momentum continued through the second while Haverstrom's shots tried to slow DeSales. Schmitz would hold the Bulldogs back with saves before Shimko forced a turnover to give Haverstrom a goal with 4:37 left. The score was 8-4 Bulldogs at half.
- After half, the Pride would become cold as the Bulldogs opened with a quick goal. Matthew Marino saw his first shot that was blocked five minutes in. Haverstrom rattled another post shot. The score after three was 12-4 Bulldogs.
- Rowen Coverdale would win the faceoff to start the final 15 minutes of play. Haverstrom found a goal at 13:10 off a Drake assist. The Pride offense would find a spark as Haverstrom scored another with 8:58 left. Coverdale won the faceoff to give the offense life. Shots would fly from Sean Alminde, Shimko, and Marino. With 5:01, Shimko scored to make the score 12-7. Final shots flew as the Pride fell 13-7 after 60 minutes.
