GLENSIDE, Pa. - Widener Women's Soccer suffers their fourth loss of the season to the Arcadia University Knights on Saturday.
The Pride fall to 3-4 on the season and remain 0-0 in conference play.
BY THE NUMBERS
· The Pride had 17 shots (11 on goal). The Knights had 16 shots (10 on goal)
· Maggie Boyes Scored the lone goal for The Pride.
· Morgan Hart assisted on the goal.
· Nicole Rende made eight saves in goal.
HOW IT HAPPENED
· The Pride started the scoring off at the 18:40 mark as
Maggie Boyes put Widener on top with an assist from
Morgan Hart. After that, neither offense was able to get anything going as both defenses showed up the rest of the half.
Nicole Rende made two saves in goal during the half to hold the Knights scoreless. The game would go into the half with The Pride up one to nothing.
· Even though Widener was able to carry their strong defensive performance into the second half, The Knights were finally able to get on the board at 74:47 to even the score. The Knights were not finished as they scored the go-ahead goal at 79:56. The Pride were unable to answer and would lose the match two to one.

th as they take on Wilkes University. Game time is set for 7:00pm.
