MADISON, N.J. - Widener Field Hockey makes quick work of Drew on the road, picking up a 5-0 win.
The Pride improve to 2-2 on the season and remain 0-0 in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Pride set the tone early, as Alina Culver's pass led to a Katie Haye goal only five minutes in. Widener continued their onslaught of shots, but no more found the net as the score sat at 1-0 at the end of the first.

Widener again wasted no time to begin the third, as Juliana Sanchez would rebound her own miss and put it back for a score to extend the lead to 3-0. Pride defense continued to stop any Ranger advances, and they would keep the lead heading into the fourth.

The Pride scored early yet again, as Karly Bervinchak would set the score at 4-0. Widener's defense continued to shine, and Maddie Hoyer would put the nail in the coffin, as the Pride would get a 5-0 win.
