Gabby Nye and
Maria Muzzarelli set career marks at 2024 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in mile and 60-meter dash.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Gabby Nye saw a competitive mile run as she competed against the top 20 women in the nation. Nye seeded 4:58.42 and 18th overall, moved up two spots to finish 16th. Nye's final time would register a 5:04.54 and would achieve Second-Team All-American with her placement.
- A quick 60-meter dash from Maria Muzzarelli would place her in the second heat of the competition. Muzzarelli placed fourth in her heat with a 7.68 to fall just 0.05 shy of her personal best. Overall, Muzzarelli placed 12th and was also garnered Second-Team All-American. Muzzarelli came in seeded eighth.

Nye and Muzzarelli return to Chester, Pa. to celebrate their accomplishments and transition into the outdoor season set to begin shortly.
