STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. & BOSTON – Women's Track and Field take on Fast Track National and Boston University's David Hemery Valentine Invite on Friday and Saturday.

Donna Holt competed in the 800-meter run where she finished in a 2:19.07. Holt's time would pick up a regional qualification and a conference standard.
FAST TRACK NATIONAL
In the 60-meter dash,
Maria Muzzarelli led the Pride with a 7.80. Mariam Koita continued her sprints with a 8.01 while
Jayla Gore clocked a 8.36. All would earn conference standards while Muzzarelli and Koita added regional cuts.
The three from the 60-meter dash with the addition of
Kelly Barr. Muzzarelli led once again with a 25.70 while Koita finished 0.05 behind. Koita picked up a personal best. Barr and Gore finished with a 26.92 and 27.75 respectively.
In the 400-meter dash Barr led four Pride runners to conference standards. Taking the top spot was Barr with a 59.91 as
Emma Schultz (1:00.85),
Elise Daniel (1:02.45), Erica Thomas (1:04.07), and
Carly Lownes (1:05.05) followed behind.
Theresa Kervick took the sole spot in the 800-meter run with a 2:31.31.
Liz Egan added a regional and conference cut in the 5,000-meter run. Egan's 18:38.15 pushed her up to number five in Widener's All-Time Top 10 list.
In the 60-meter hurdles,
Sydni Bell picked up another conference cut with a 10.14.
Off the track, Kervick marked a 1.40-meter jump in the high jump while Kayla Robinson marked a 5.10-meter jump in the long jump.
Robinson also took on the triple jump as she marked a 10.44-meter distance.
The weight throw would show off three Pride throwers as
Sydney Altman led with an 11.78-meter mark.
Anna Baukal (9.67-m) and
Jillian Walker (8.93-m) added conference marks and new personal bests.
