HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The Pride jumped out to an early 10-2 thanks to Mia Robbins who scored eight of those points. Immaculata would settle in after using a time out, outscoring Widener 8-2 for the rest of the quarter.
  • Widener would take back control in the second quarter as Kutz and Stackhouse connected on layups to give the Pride a 5-point lead. A Jayla Daniels layup and a Mary McFillin extended the lead to 9. Similar to the first quarter, Immaculata fought back and cut the Widener lead down to 2.

Immaculata was able to cut into the Widener lead once again going on a 9-2 run to close out the third quarter and bring the score to Widener 41 and Immaculata 38.
