FREDERICK, Md. – Men's Soccer scored four goals in a dominant performance against the Hood College Blazers.
The Pride improve to 8-5-4 in the regular season and 3-1-1 in the MAC Commonwealth.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Coming off a tie against York College, The Pride were looking to get back in the win column. Sean Fatiga wasted no time putting The Pride ahead, scoring the first goal of the day at the 17:17 mark with an assist from Jordi Lopez. Ryan Toporowski was able to add to Widener's lead soon after, scoring at the 25:36 mark with an assist from Michael Donaghy. The Pride were able to keep The Blazers off the board in the first half and would go into halftime with a two to nothing lead.
- Coming out of the half, The Blazers wasted little time cutting into the Widener lead, scoring their first goal of the day at the 45:58 mark. But Sean Fatiga was able to steal the momentum right back as he scored his second goal of the day at the 54:27 mark with another assist from Jordi Lopez. After allowing a goal earlier in the half, The Pride defense locked in, stopping an offensive attack The Blazers threw at them. With the clock winding down, Owen Eberman would cement the win for The Pride by scoring at the 88:30 mark giving The Pride a four to nothing win.
