NEW YORK – Widener Women's Track and Field runs top times in first meet in 2024 at TCNJ Lions Indoor Invite at the Armory.
 
Muzzarelli and Jayla Gore ran the 60-meter dash. Gore snagged a MAC qualification 8.15 time while Muzzarelli's speed put in the top 10 in Widener All-Time history. Her 7.69 finals time places her just 0.01 behind her own Widener record set on Feb. 25, 2023.
 
In the 400-meter run, Emma Schultz would clock a 1:03.52 to earn a MAC qualification in her first race in the new year.
 
Sydni Bell's 10.51 in the 60-meter hurdles would earn her a MAC qualification as well. Bell comes into the new season about a second behind her personal best.
