CHESTER, Pa. - Women's Volleyball loses to Messiah University in a game of close sets 0-3.
The Pride drop to 5-5 on the season. As this was their first conference game of the season, they also open their conference play with a 0-1 record.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Shannon Toomey had a strong start for the Pride, getting multiple kills and blocks in the first set, but the team loses 25-22

Messiah seemed to continue to get in their own way in the second set, having double-digit errors in the set alone. Unfortunately, they still took the set 25-21

Lilyanna Martucci's excellent hitting in the final set gave hope to the Pride to turn the match around, but it is not enough as Messiah finishes the game and set with a 25-17 win
