HOBOKEN, N.J. - The Widener men's soccer team took on Stevens on Saturday afternoon in a non-conference road game, but it was the Ducks who came away with a 1-0 win at DeBaun Athletic Complex.
The loss snapped the Pride's three-game winning streak and put them at 3-4 on the season.
HOW IT HAPPENED AGAINST STEVENS
- The Pride took nine shots in the game, but were unable to find the back of the net. Junior Sean Fatiga led the offensive effort by taking two of those shots and seven other Pride members also had a scoring opportunity.
- As for Stevens, it scored the lone goal of the game with 45 seconds left in the first half. The Ducks had 12 shots in the game.
- Widener was able to keep the Duck offense from scoring in the second half. Goalie Ryan Van Pelt made one save on the day.

Widener returns home to host Keystone College in a non-conference match on Tuesday. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
